few days ago I received this letter from Telecom. The letter was sent from Telecom 1282 days after my request. It is not the fault of the post, because the letter is dated January 28, 2008.
Unfortunately the letter came too late and they were already past 15 days. It would be fun to call the toll free number to find out the status of the request.
